The personal data provided to BINTERNATIONAL will be used for:

Data treated with this purpose will be kept as long as the business relationship is maintained and once such a relationship is over, during the storage and limitation periods pursuant to law.
  2. To attend the download requests of the guides developed by binternational. Data treated with this purpose will be kept until the moment that the User withdraws his/her consent. The legal basis of the personal data treatment is:

The incumbent may, at any time, exercise the rights of access, rectification, suppression, limitation, opposition or portability by means of an email to rgdp@binternational.net or in writing to BINTERNATIONAL, Diego de León 57 2º centro derecha, Madrid. In any case, the written document must be accompanied by a copy of the Spanish identity card on both sides.

When data treatment is based on consent, the User will always have the right to revoke such consent at any moment. The incumbent will have the right to file a claim before the control authority. The personal data will be treated to attend your job application and, if appropriate, to allow you to apply for a job vacancy in BINTERNATIONAL or in Applicant demanding organisations. The personal data treated with this purpose will be kept until you revoke your consent or after 24 months since its reception. The legal base of the personal data treatment is the consent.
