binternational reserves the right to modify  the design, layout and / or configuration of this Web Site, and any or all services and add new services without notice. binternational also reserves the right to modify or change this document in order to adapt it to the applicable laws , the jurisprudence and customary market practices at all times.

Due to constant changes in the labour market and since binternational is continually growing and evolving and developing new tools, binternational reserves the right to modify any clause of this agreement.  Therefore it recommends the user to periodically review these terms.

By registering as a user of or, the candidate agrees to these provisions (Terms and Conditions of Registration of Candidates) as published by binternational at the time of the candidate’s access  to the websites “” or “”.



The registration in, and /or as Candidate is completely free of charge. The purpose of registration is to give the candidate a free service enabling him/her to find a paid job by  binternational providing them with access to the labour market by the selective dissemination of their professional profile among employers of any country in the world interested in finding  a person with the same or similar professional profile as the registered candidate to incorporate him/her  to  their productive organization. To accomplish the stated purpose, on completing the registration form, the candidate explicitly authorizes binternational  to send  their professional profile to any employer that binternational considers may be interested in incorporating  an individual with an equal or similar profile to the registered candidate in binternational,  as a financially gainful employee.

The professional profile provided by  the candidate to binternational must contain the following information:

  1.  Candidate’s personal details: Name, date and place of birth, nationality.
  2. Place and country of residence, main residence postal address, phone number and email address.
  3. Other expected data about the Candidate such as training, skills, professional experience and knowledge.

Lack of any of this given data will prevent binternational from sending the professional profile of the Candidate to potential employers.

On registration, The Candidate shall declare that all the data contained in his/her professional profile and  given to binternational during the registration process,  is true, as well as any additional information incorporated or modified later on.

binternational does  not admit any registration forms from  Candidates under legal age (eighteen years old)

On registering in binternational as a candidate, the candidate declares that he/she is over eighteen years of age. The registered candidate may apply  for its membership as Candidate of binternational to be cancelled at any time,  and binternational shall discharge him/her and delete the Candidate’s personal data file in compliance with  the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD). binternational shall inform the candidate about his/her  registration delation. To exercise their right of unregistering, users must follow the steps provided in or to cancel their account or notify binternational preferably by email sent to the websites or ,or, alternatively , by any other means that allow proof of receipt (email, registered  letter, certified burofax , etc). The request for withdrawal may be notified by email sent to : , indicating in the subject of e- mail ” BAJA “, or by registered post addressed to : binternational , Calle Diego de León, 57 Piso 2º CD, Madrid, 28006, Spain , indicating the name, user name and email address. The lack of any of these details will preclude binternational from cancelling the Candidate’s registration.



binternational will send the Candidate’s registered professional profile to any employers that binternational  considers as genuinely interested in the profile.binternational reserves the right to terminate the candidate’s registration and to block a candidate’s access to the  registered users’ area, whenever the candidate has acted in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions or if he performs activities that may be harmful for binternational.



Ordinary communications between the registered Candidate and binternational, will always be carried through the email address provided by the Candidate during the registration process. In every communication the user name under  which the Candidate is registered must always be displayed openly. An exception to this ordinary communication general rule will be  cases of  registered Candidates exercising their right of unregistration, in which case he/she should follow the instructions given above.



binternational does not take any responsibility regarding the lack of accuracy in the details included by the Candidate in the registration process or in the candidate’s  professional profile. Consequently binternational declines any responsibility due to any adverse effects on the registered candidate or third parties arising from the untrue data that has been provided by the Candidate and, therefore, to potential employers interested in his/her professional profile.

binternational does not assume any responsibility for the side effects of any kind derived to the registered Candidate as a result of a professional relationship established with an employer as a result of binternational’s mediation  between the concerned parties.

binternational does not assume any responsibility for  the management, development and result of the communications maintained in between the Candidate sent by binternational and the employer interested on the Candidate’s professional profile.

binternational does not guarantee the proper and permanent working conditions of the service via the Internet, namely,  uninterrupted service availability. In consequence, binternational does not take any responsibility regarding technical facilities breakdowns or quality of the access to the service or force majeure or derived mishap not attributable to binternational (e.g. breakdowns of communication networks or network servers).

binternational will not default these clauses, if events that are not under its control or caused by force majeure, prevent binternational from providing services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Registration of Candidates.


The registered candidate assumes all legal liabilities arising from information provided to binternational during registration and other information included under his/her  work / professional profile for its selective delivery to potential employers. The Candidate registered in binternational states that his/her register does not pursue/seek a different purpose than the one expressed in these Terms and Conditions of Candidates’ Registration.

The registered candidate agrees not to upload data   containing viruses (contaminated software) on to binternational’s web pages  nor software nor any other material protected by copyright or trade rights protected by law, unless the Candidate is the owner of the corresponding rights or the owner has granted him/her a license to use such software, and in that case prior written authorization by binternational shall be sought and obtained .

The registered Candidate agrees not to attempt to intercept emails concerning other Candidates registered in binternational.

The registered candidate will be solely responsible for any damages or detriments caused to binternational or any third party by the candidate`s breaching of any of these Terms and Conditions of Registration of Candidates. Therefore he/she will be  obliged to pay compensation for the damage made to binternational and third-parties.



The provision of binternational free service requires the collection, processing and use of the Candidate’s personal information for the sole purpose stated in these General Conditions and the Candidate, at the end of the registration proccess expressly authorizes binternational to collect, process and use his/her personal data for this purpose. binternational agrees to comply with the laws governing the protection of the Candidate’s personal data during the term of his/her registration at binternational and after his/her discharge in the register.

Those details related to the physical aspects, identity, address and personal means of communication with the candidate and all those who allow their identification as an individual will be considered personal data. binternational will not transfer the Candidate’s personal data to third parties other than employers interested in the candidate’s work / professional profile, unless the candidate expressly authorizes this  in writing. The registered Candidate can access his/her personal data at all times, and oppose the processing thereof, request cancellation or rectification of his/her personal data stored by binternational. In the event that the Candidate requested the deletion of data or expressed its opposition to the processing thereof, binternational will not be able to provide its services to the registered Candidate and will  proceed to unregister and request cancellation of the filed personal data . The request for cancellation or opposition to the processing of personal data must be sent, by any means that allow proof of receipt, such as registered letter, burofax, etc to any of the following addresses: :

binternational informs the Candidate that the protection of data relating to transfer over public networks such as the Internet, cannot be completely guaranteed, since binternational  is solely responsible for the candidates personal information transmitted over the Internet for their own technological means.

Likewise, the candidates authorize binternational full access to their personal data in order to keep track of each selection process in which the candidates are involved, or any other matter relating to  personnel recruitment. This monitoring will be done via telephone, email, via blogs or through notifications on the platform.



If the candidate refers his/her CV to any of these job offers, He/she  specifically and unambiguously consents to the international transfer of data even to countries that do not provide a level of protection comparable to that provided by the Data Protection Act currently in force in Spain. Such data transfers have the sole purpose of contributing to the selection process that the company and / or Contributor has started, not being able to use the data for purposes other than this. Users can see which countries provide a level of protection comparable to the LOPD in the Spanish Data Protection Agency..

Likewise the candidate consents to data transmission to companies and / or international partners who want to access his/her personal data by querying the binternational database (no need to post an offer), even though their countries of origin do not provide a level of protection comparable to the LOPD.



All exploitation rights are reserved. All rights for programs, services, processes, software, technologies, trademarks, trade names, inventions and materials belonging to binternational are their exclusive property. binternational owns all rights to use the listed above. The use of all programs and content, materials, trademarks and trade names contained in the firm are only allowed for the purposes set out in these Terms and Conditions. Reproduction of programs, services, processes, software, technologies, trademarks, trade names, inventions or materials belonging to binternational is strictly prohibited unless expressly granted permission by binternational.

The legitimacy of the intellectual property rights relating to the content provided by the candidates is solely the responsibility of the same.



binternational has taken technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and integrity of personal data contained in its files, so as to prevent alteration, loss, or unauthorized access, all in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December which approve the Regulations implementing the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the protection of personal security for information systems data.


The candidate accepts the use of cookies and his/her IP tracking. Like most websites, binternational uses cookies and web log files to track usage of the platform.

A cookie is a small data file that resides on the user’s computer and allows binternational to recognize it each time he/she accesses the platform from the same terminal and web browser. If the configuration of the user’s computer does not allow cookies, you may not use the website binternational.

Activated cookies will be updated each time the candidate enters the website with his/her login details. However, if the candidate wishes, he can disable and/or delete these cookies following his/her browser instructions.

The delivery of commercial communications by electronic media, is subject to the Data Protection Act and Law 34/2002 of 11 July, Services and Information Society and Electronic Commerce.



In order to facilitate access to information available through the internet, binternational includes within its content, the necessary links to sites owned and / or managed by third parties.

binternational assumes no liability arising from the existence of links between the content of this site and contents outside of the same nor any other references to external content to this site. Such links or references are solely for informational purposes and in no way imply an endorsement, approval, marketing or relationship between binternational and persons or entities and / or managers of such contents or sites wherever they may be located.


For any discrepancy in the interpretation, application, compliance or noncompliance with the provisions above, binternational and the Candidates will expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.



General Terms and Conditions

binternational reserves the right to modify without notice  the design, layout and / or configuration of this Web Site and any or all services, and to add new services .

Customer’s logo will be provided so it can be published by the job offer unless specifically stated against it. The user must have all rights of copyright and authorship of that logo, so binternational will not be held responsible for any unauthorized use thereof.

The Customer authorizes binternational to send emails with information about promotions, training, potential candidates and other documents relevant to it.

binternational reserves the right to refuse service to any firm or enterprise without notice.

The jobs that discriminate by gender, race or disability are illegal and may result in initiating legal proceedings against the advertising company. Any company that inserts an offer that contravenes current legislation will be solely responsible for the damages and consequences thereof, exempting binternational of any liability. binternational will immediately remove such offers without  the Company’s prior consent.

The hired services that binternational will provide the Customer with are exclusively expressed in this Agreement and for the purpose stated herein.

The Client agrees to use the Service solely for the purposes stated by binternational  herein.


binternational is an online recruitment platform which offers a free service to candidates, who through mediation, find a paid job, or, in other cases, it facilitates access to the labour market to candidates by the selective dissemination of their work / professional profiles within employers in any country interested in finding a person for a position equal or similar to the one held by the registered candidate in its organization.


If the client holds an Intra-community VAT Number, he shall be entitled to contact the finance department to request an amendment bill for the equivalent amount to the tax cashed. For this, the client must send an email to with the subject “Amendment Bill” including in the body of the email the Intra-community VAT Number. binternational will verify the information provided and if possible  will make the reimbursement of the charged tax as soon as possible.



This provision takes effect from the time that the Client’s registration process is completed and these Terms & Conditions have been accepted in the websites or


As a measure against forgery (candidates with bad faith), binternational cannot assume any responsibility as to the possible lack of truthfulness in the information provided by candidates on their CV, and subsequently by the candidate’s contribution to the Customer. Consequently, binternational cannot assume responsibility for any adverse effects to the Client or third parties deriving from the untrue or wrong data provided by the candidate.

binternational will not take responsibility for any candidate who, once the contract with the Customer has been established,  communicates his voluntary resignation.

binternational assumes no responsibility for any adverse effects deriving from the relationship initiated between the Client and the candidate for the job in its corporate organization. Neither does binternational assume any obligations nor responsibility regarding the management, development and possible fruitless or harmful interviews or communications that could be maintained between the client and the candidate for the job/applicant.

In the event that the Customer makes a claim to binternational, for whichever reason, binternational’s responsibility (if any) shall not exceed the price paid or payable for the Services by the Client. In no case shall binternational bear the consequential losses, direct, indirect or special resulting from any loss of profits, revenue, interest, goodwill, or any other business-related.

Regarding the published job offers, binternational should provide the paid services using the information and criteria provided by the Customer. It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and updated information.

Delays in the publication of vacancies due to Spanish public holidays may not be attributable to binternational.

if events which are not under its control or caused by force majeure, prevent binternational from providing services and fulfilling its duties in accordance with these Terms and Conditions for companies, binternational will not be liable for breach of any of these clauses.


Customer agrees to treat all information as confidential (especially names, postal addresses, email, telephone or fax), emails, messages and other notifications from job offer applicants with whom Customer has established communication via binternational.

Customer declares that the contract with binternational, pursues no other goal than the expressed in the object of this contract, that is to say, ask binternational for candidates to fill the positions in its business organization.



All intellectual property rights related to the Services and / or the Website remain the property of binternational. Customer may not reproduce copy, modify, adapt, publish, transmit, distribute or otherwise commercially exploit any material which is subject to intellectual property rights.



The Parties agree to keep as strictly confidential any data or information to which they had access and / or which comes to light as a result of the collaboration between them,   particularly any information concerning technical knowledge, know-how, methodologies, products, services, customers or business activities of the other party (hereinafter, Confidential Information) not allowing this information to be  transferred or accessible to third parties not expressly authorized with the exception of the staff serving either party.

The obligations of confidentiality set out in this clause shall remain in force during the term of this contract and subsisting indefinitely once the term hereof.


binternational states that the personal data which will be transferred under this contract has been obtained pursuant to the provisions of the legislation on the subject, giving the holders of the said data due warnings, both about the recipient of this assignment as  about the purpose for which the data is delivered.

In any case, each Party shall be solely responsible for the fulfillment of the obligations of data protection of which it is responsible, in accordance with Law 15/1999 of December 13, Protection of Personal Data, and its implementing regulations.


The invalidity or nullity of one or more of the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions, shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. To the extent that should they be excluded or become invalidated, they will be replaced by the applicable legal provisions.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Spain.



These Terms shall be governed by the Spanish Law.

The discrepancies that may arise between the parties deriving from the conclusion and performance of this contract shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid (Spain).
